2. About Pareng Fashion

Pareng Fashion is a membership-based fashion rental and beauty retail service based in Nairobi, Kenya. We provide access to quality fashion items for short-term rental (72 hours) and beauty products for direct purchase. Our physical store is located at Adams Arcade, Ngong Road, Nairobi.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pareng Fashion services. By creating an account or becoming a member, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Kenyan law.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Pareng Fashion immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pareng Fashion platform, including text, images, logos, branding, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Pareng Fashion unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse the Pareng Fashion platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' accounts, submitting false information, using automated tools to scrape content, interfering with platform operations, or engaging in any activity that violates Kenyan law.

Pareng Fashion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
