Return & Late Fee Policy
Guidelines for returning rented items and applicable late fees.

1. Return Window
All rented items must be returned to Pareng Fashion within 72 hours of pickup. The return deadline is calculated from the exact time of pickup as recorded by our system.
2. Return Location
Returns are accepted only at Pareng Fashion, Adams Arcade, Ngong Road, during store hours. We do not currently offer pickup or courier return services.
3. Return Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please use the garment bag or packaging provided at pickup. Do not wash, iron, or alter any rented item before returning it.
4. Late Fee Schedule
- 1-24 hours late: Ksh 500
- 24-48 hours late: Ksh 1,000
- 48-72 hours late: Ksh 2,000
- Beyond 72 hours late: Ksh 3,500 and account flagging
Late fees are applied automatically and must be settled before any new rentals can be made.
5. Non-Return
Items not returned within 7 days of the rental period end will be treated as lost. You will be charged the full replacement value of the item. Your membership may be suspended or terminated.
6. Damage Assessment
Upon return, all items are inspected by our team. If damage is found, you will be notified and charged a repair or replacement fee based on the severity of the damage. Pareng Fashion reserves the right to make the final determination on damage assessment.
