Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

Pareng Fashion membership provides access to our fashion rental service, personal styling support, and member-exclusive benefits. Membership is required to rent items from the Pareng Fashion collection. Beauty products are available for purchase by both members and non-members.

2. Membership Tiers

Pareng Fashion offers three membership tiers: Essential (Ksh 1,500/month), Signature (Ksh 3,000/month), and Prestige (Ksh 5,500/month). Each tier provides different levels of access, rental limits, and benefits as described on the Membership page.

3. Registration

Membership registration is completed in person at Pareng Fashion, Adams Arcade, Ngong Road. You will need to provide valid identification and complete a membership agreement form. Online pre-registration may be available through the platform.

4. Payment

Membership fees are payable monthly in advance. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

5. Rental Limits

Each membership tier includes a specific number of rentals per month. Essential members may rent up to 4 items per month. Signature members may rent up to 8 items per month. Prestige members enjoy unlimited rentals. Unused rentals do not carry over to the following month.

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to treat all rented items with care, return items on time, and maintain respectful conduct with Pareng Fashion staff and other members. Repeated violations of rental policies, including late returns or item damage, may result in membership suspension or termination.

7. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Pareng Fashion. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

8. Suspension and Termination

Pareng Fashion reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for violation of these terms, repeated late returns, item damage, non-payment, or conduct that compromises the safety or experience of other members or staff.
